Order Status and Tracking
Checking Order Status
If you have placed an order with Girl Scout Shop, the official site of the Girl Scouts of the USA, you can check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link provided on your order confirmation e-mail, or at the top of any page click on My Orders once you sign in to the site.
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number for Federal Express or UPS (United Parcel Service). Orders that have shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) do not have a tracking or confirmation number.
On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number provided on the Shipment Summary tab next to Order Details.
