HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDE
TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
Please use the following holiday shipping guidelines when placing orders for regular in-stock Girl Scout merchandise items that you are expecting before December 25.
THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY ORDERS
Standard Shipping Orders Placed Starting Wednesday 11/26 through Sunday 11/30 will be processed starting Monday December 1.
Customers placing expedited orders (1,2 or 3 Day) after 4 pm on Tuesday 11/25 - Orders will be processed and shipped starting Monday December 1.
Many of our council stores start closing or have shortened hours during the month of December. Please order the COUNCIL OWN MERCHANDISE SHOWN ON COUNCIL PAGES, no later than December 8 if you are purchasing these items for delivery prior to December 25. You can contact local council stores directly for special orders or additional information on Council Own product.

Thursday December 18 by 12 Noon (Eastern Standard Time)
Friday December 19 by 12 Noon (Eastern Standard Time)
Monday December 22 by 12 Noon (Eastern Standard Time)
We only ship international orders via US Postal Services. Delivery to most countries can take up to 3 weeks. For Holiday delivery, the US Post Office recommends orders be placed no later than Dec 2. For APO and FPO addresses the cut off date is December 9.
*Girl Scouts is stating order cut off dates that we believe will be sufficient to process and have orders picked up by carriers from our New Jersey Distribution Center based on our carrier’s guidelines. We cannot take responsibility for carrier delays or weather conditions that may cause shipments to be delivered late.
