To carry out our mission, GSNI-M is in partnership with 3,200 adult volunteers, and serves nearly 12,000 girls in 22 counties, representing 20 counties in the northern one-third of Indiana and two counties in southwest Michigan. GSNI-M provides opportunities for girls to discover their strengths, connect with others, and take action to improve their communities. Girl Scouts is the world's preeminent leadership development organization for girls, building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

The GSNI-M membership has access to two camp properties, two program centers and three service centers located throughout the council. The Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana headquarters is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana in the Mary Jane McMillen Crowe Leadership and Learning Center facility at 10008 Dupont Circle Drive East. The Leadership and Learning Center opened in October 2006 and was designed specifically for Girl Scouts. Accessibly located off I-69, near the intersection of I-469 and I-69 in northern Allen County, it offers 18,000 square feet of program, meeting, training and work space for girls, volunteers and staff.

The Dunbar Service Center at Camp Wildwood is located in Logansport, Indiana in Cass County at 303 E. Clay Street with 7,000 square feet of space. The Dunbar Service Center sits next to the Wildwood Program Center which offers approximately 40 acres of program areas, day camp facilities and interpretive trails.

The South Bend Service Center is located in South Bend, Indiana (the state’s fourth-largest city) in St. Joseph County at 3620 Deahl Court with over 11,000 square feet of space to better serve our members and community. The service center is located off W. Cleveland Road adjacent to the 80/90 Indiana East-West Toll Road.
