Daisy Petal Set

These daisy petals are true to pictured color, bold and beautiful, while the embroidery work is tight, consistent, without flaws, and sealed well around the edges.
<br>What I love about many of the Girl Scout patches is the slender edge around the main embroidery. This ledge is perfect for sewing them on without obscuring the main design.
<br>But that brings me to what many of us modern, super busy leaders and moms are screaming in our heads; why doesn’t your iron-on actually iron on?! Where the beautiful embroidery and artwork elevate the quality of GS patches, their poor, completely lacking ability to adhere by the very concept they’re sold on is missing entirely, deluding the markets and adding work to our already overflowing workloads.

My little Daisy doesn’t have her petal patches attached to her tunic yet. They look like they are of good quality.

As soon as I took these petals out of the bags to start sewing them onto my troop’s uniforms the edges began to fray on each petal. I have been seeing Girl Scout badges in by hand for decades. I have never seen any fall apart like these. They disintegrated in my hands. I had to put clear nail polish on them just to have enough material to sew on. I doubt they will last on the girls,s uniforms until they bridge.

I'm the grandmother and I wish the patches were easier to get on. The directional method does not work well. You still have to add some stitching.

Please sell the petals and middle individually. Buying the whole set when you only need one replacement is not good.
