Girl Scout Membership Star

Pin backs do not stay on pins. Frequent lost pins.

Items were shipped by USPS and they were simply put in an envelope with no protection. One of two was bent and I made it useable by soldering it while the other was broken and beyond repair. Not the first time pins bought through the GS Shop came broken, but too much hassel to fix. I replaced the broken one through a third party.

They could be made a little better. The pin on the back (the stick that goes through the fabric) isn't put on evenly, so the star sits on the membership disc awkwardly and it looks a bit unprofessional on the uniform.

Great way to show your position within your Girl Scout Organization. Very nice quality and durably designed pin.

The back snaps off before you can even get them off the card. Waste of money and a disappointment!

I have purchased numerous stars for my troop. They are either broken right from the start or break shortly after they have been pinned.

The pin broke when I was affixing it to my Scout's sash :(

Similar to other reviews here, I have had stars break off of their post before even getting the pin on the girls' vests. It's disappointing, and gets expensive with a large troop.
