We ordered patches for an event. Ten to fifteen bu

We ordered patches for an event. Ten to fifteen business days is a long time to process and ship. No tracking number was issued, so we never really knew where they were. In the end we never received them, leaving us without patches for the event. I dealt with three customer service reps. Through email the first two never got around issuing me a refund. It wasn't until I called that I was issued one.
