Recorded at Camp Bothin by 45 girls from 8 different countries, the songs languages honor our International Family of Girl Scouts and Girl Guides, in Swedish, Polish, Estonian, Sri Lankan, Swahili, Maorian, and Spanish. High energy, Girl Power and Sister bonding are the themes for Girl Scout Juniors and up.
From Melinda Caroll…” Most of the vocals you hear were sung by the 45 girls at the Girl Scouts of the San Francisco Bay Area, We Are Family Destinations 2005. Together for 8 days at Camp Bothin, we camped, sang, laughed, danced, sang, ate, played, bonded, shared our hearts and tears and then sang some more! It was an honor for David Kauahikaua, my co-producer and I to be in the presence of such bodacious talent and drive and to witness this most promising generation of future stars!
