IF/THEN an Initiative of Lyda Hill Philanthropies and Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) has joined forces to invest in and help raise the profiles of women in STEM and inspire the next generation of girls to consider STEM careers. Through the shared mission of the IF/THEN Initiative and STEM Pledge Girl Scouts has developed STEM Career Exploration badges for girls in grades 2nd – 8th.

Great way to show your hard work within your Girl Scout Organization. Very nice quality patch. I've never been very good at iron on patches, so I sew all our patches on and this patch is rather tight to sew and secure to any sash or vest, but is manageable.
