Official Adult Navy Vest

Runs very small. I wanted something I could wear over a winter jacket for cookie booths but it runs small and I think it would be too stiff over a coat.

The style and fit of this vest is perfect. I wish the fabric quality was a little bit better. The synthetic blend is high enough. That ironing on patches is a tricky process.

Great material. Sizing runs a little small, I’d recommend sizing up.

It is narrow. I’m a size 6 and 5’1”, but had to order a large to zip over my chest!

Very Comfortable. It looks very nice. Unfortunately it catches every stray hair and piece of lint that floats by. I recommend all leaders invest in this vest to look really official with their girls during ceremonies and when out with girls representing Girl Scouts. I'll wear it for our troop ceremonies or council events. It appears to be true to size.

This vest was so unattractive and unflattering that I had to return it to the Council shop. It looks cute on the tiny, petite women, but I've noticed that it fits on me and other women taller than 5 feet and larger than a size 6 like a burlap sack with arm holes. Now I understand why none of our plus-size leaders wear these. Please find/create something more flattering for all sizes, starting with a more attractive V or circular neckline instead of zipping to the chin. Thank you.

I find it annoying that this vest goes all the way up to 5X, but is not offered in a size smaller than 4. Even the XS (which is a size 4) is still swimming on me. It’s like they forgot there is a population of people that wear 0/2.

Not sure if this is a reflection on the iron on patches, or the material the vest is made from, but the iron on patches keep falling off.
<br>Also, the plus sizes run small, order a size or two larger than your usual shirt size.
