Brownie Vest With Insignia Iron-On Patch

I thought I ordered a package deal including the flag patch, a pin, and a ribbon that goes on the left side of the vest... I ended up getting a few of the items but not the ribbon or the pin, and for some reason my order wasn't stating that I ordered it. Nor was I charged for those items. I was charged for each individual item that did come (flag patch, etc..) but I know I didn't order those separately. I did order the set. Is there a reason the order was switched? I never received anything saying supply was out. I also was given the choice to receive either a free pink(or possibly purple) and teal drawstring backpack or a brown and blue one. My daughter had chosen the first one, but again, we never received it and it didn't show on our order either. I'm not sure if this was a problem with the app or just supply and demand?
