Return Policy

Made a purchase that’s not what you expected? Not to worry – we can help! We will gladly accept most Girl Scout Shop Online Store purchases in original condition.

Email our customer service team at GSMReturns@girlscouts.org with the following information:
  • Sales order number
  • Item numbers and item descriptions being returned
  • Quantity of each item being returned
  • If an exchange sales order is needed, please include the new items, sizes, quantities, and make sure updated credit card information is in your profile

Purchases that are excluded from returns:
  • Final-sale and clearance merchandise
  • Discontinued merchandise
  • Customized and personalized products are made to order, and considered final sale items
  • Digital Gift Cards
  • Opened Badge Kits
 

Note: Merchandise purchased online may not be returnable at retail shops. Please check with your local retail shop for their policy.

Note: Shipping, and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Local state retail delivery fees are not refundable. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
