COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA COUNCIL
About Us
Founded in 1913, Girl Scouts of the Commonwealth of Virginia (GSCV) serves close to 11,000 girls and over 5,600 adults in 30 counties and the cities of Emporia, Richmond, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, Fredericksburg, and Petersburg. Girls participate in more than 1,000 troops with the help of dedicated adult volunteers who give their time, talent and energy to Girl Scouting.
Girl Scouts experience leadership development programs offered at six different age levels which allow girls to progress in skills and activities together. Placement options give girls the chance to experience Girl Scouting in a variety of ways – including but not limited to, church, school, housing communities, and individually.
Our shop staff is committed to providing girl and adult members with the items they need to fully participate in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Please call the shop directly to place a special order, discover GSCV branded merchandise, arrange special delivery, or to have shop staff & merchandise at your special event.
