The stitching on these hats is crooked and the Tre

The stitching on these hats is crooked and the Trefoil is off centered. The hats designed for 6th though 12th graders were also way too small for our 6th graders. We ordered several and they were all in this condition. Disappointed Girl Scouts would not return our shipping costs even though their policy states they will refund shipping if the return is a result of their error.
