My six year old Kindergarten daughter is on the smaller side. I ordered the 7/8 for her to wear next year. It's a little long now, but should be ready for first grade. I like that it has a drawstring for her narrow waist. Best part the dress is her school colors! Very soft and comfortable.

I wish it had long sleeves - the thicker material

I wish it had long sleeves - the thicker material combined with the short sleeves makes it a little harder to find the right weather to wear it. It’s well made and has held up to a lot of washes. Runs small compared to other daisy clothes we have, ideally I would have sized up one.
